Water from burst pipes, overflowing toilets or rainwater entry can cause extensive damage to your home, flooring and contents.
A quick response to your water damage is imperative to prevent secondary damage from occurring.
We are also able to restore contents and provide your insurance company with a detailed report and contents inventory.
To save or not to save…
When assessing and determining if flooring, such as carpet, can be salvaged following a water event, we take into account the type of water that has caused the damage and how long the carpet has been wet.
Water from any sewage, fish tanks or toilets is immediately deemed Black Water or CAT 3. Carpet should be removed and disposed of as it cannot be adequately restored due to contaminants in the water.
If the carpet can be salvaged, we will relocate and block your furniture and install drying equipment to dry the carpet, underlay and sub-floor.
In addition to standard water extraction and drying of flooring, we can also assist with contents inventorying and restoration such as antique furniture and dry-cleaning of contents affected by the water event.
