If you suspect or find paraphernalia suggesting meth has been used or produced within your property, we can arrange testing to determine if the contamination exceeds the level deemed safe by the Australian Government Clandestine Drug Laboratory Remediation Guidelines.
Sampling and testing is outsourced to a qualified and accredited methamphetamine contractor to ensure transparency. Post clearance testing (after decontamination), is also completed by the same contractor.
A general scope of decontamination can be summarised as follows:
- Remove & dispose of all soft furnishings; carpet, window coverings
- Remove & dispose of fans, light fittings, vents, duct work as required,
- HEPA vacuum all surfaces
- Pre-wash and rinse all surfaces
- Install air-scrubbers and dehumidifiers during works
- Chemical meth foam wash all surfaces
- Hot water rinse and final detailed clean
- Clearance testing
Contact us if you suspect meth contamination to your property and we can arrange a site inspection along with a scope of works.
